Your reservation
We will send you a reservation form which details your provisional booking and gives you an option date by which to confirm your reservation. We ask for a deposit of 30% of the total stay, or the value of the first night’s stay whichever is the greater, in order to make the confirmation. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Carte Bleue, or a Euro cheque drawn on a French bank. We will need the card number, expiry date and the last 3 digits from the security number on the back of your card. Upon receipt we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
Cancellation/Curtailment
In case of cancellation, under the French Code Civil, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of curtailment, the cost of the total stay as originally reserved is payable. We suggest suitable travel insurance is taken to cover costs of cancellation etc.
