  • Plate of 6 oysters from Marennes-Oléron with a vinegar and shallot sauce ‘mignonette’
  • Home made hare terrine with hazelnuts, autumn salad with a truffle oil dressing
  • Fresh mussels from Noirmoutier in a coconut milk and saffron broth with finely chopped vegetables
  • A crispy parcel of confit vegetables and goat’s cheese with a basil and garlic sauce (v)
  • Pan fried seared scallops with a mild chorizo cream sauce and violet potato crisps
  • Home made guinea fowl and sweetbread ballotine with a mild piccalilli
  • Foie gras de canard mi-cuit maison, chutney mangue, ananas et tamarin, et son verre de rosette ou de monbazillac *
  • Foie gras mi-cuit with a mango, pineapple and tamarind chutney and a glass of rosette or monbazillac (supplément 5€)


  • Breast of duckling with a classic orange sauce, purée of potato and celeriac
  • Roast loin of cod with a freshwater crayfish cream sauce, twice-cooked potato cake with fresh herbs
  • Provençal cod pâté with potato, garlic, olive oil and cream served with a fresh vegetable and olive oil sauce
  • Puff pastry tart topped with confit seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs from the garden (v)
  • Roast pork tenderloin with a mustard and cornichon sauce, baked potato with a fresh herb and shallot butter
  • Farm reared roast quail with a Monbazillac and grape sauce, croquette potato with almonds
  • Filet of prime Limousin beef topped with a slice of pan fried foie gras, red wine glaze, crisp potato puffs and roasted shallot (supplément 10€)
